GENERAL RULES AND USEFUL INFO
– ATTENTION: due to veterinary regulations, pets are not allowed in the Park
– In case of rain, tickets will not be refunded but you can request to postpone the visit.
– Visitors are advised that animals begin to be collected one hour before the Park closes.
– Show an identity document when requested
– Reservation and information office open all year round
– The ticket office closes 1 hour before the park closing time
– To exit and re-enter the park during the day, please ask for a stamp at the cash desk
– In case of excessive bad weather (heavy rain making the park unusable) the management reserves the right to close earlier than the scheduled time
– Inside the facility you can pay for any service with debit cards and cards.
